Ticketing Staffs

Job Description and Requirements

Urgently requires Ticketing Staffs who has following skills:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in this role
  • Knowledge and experience of all aspects of the Sabre or Galileo or Amadeus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in Issue, Reissue and EMD

Roles and Responsibilities:

 As a ticketing staff, you will be responsible for answering phone, booking ticket or hotel reservation for customers by GDS system. 

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -

  • Provide ticketing for customer and making every component of a trip as seamless as possible
  • Listen and guide the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances
  • Be responsive to customer’s needs and issue resolution with excellent communication and follow up
